EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange any product that is non-fitting/change of mind could only be done at the physical outlet located at Bugis Junction within 7 days of receipt of the order; requests received thereafter will not be valid. Refund is not allowed. 
  • One to one exchange for postage/doorstep delivery is unavailable. 
  • Any unworn product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise jacked due to no fault of your own can be replaced.
  • All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and/or packaging.
  • Please email NPteam@naturalproject.com.sg to inform us of any exchange and seek confirmation prior to exchanging your order. 
  •        RETURN POLICY / STORE CREDITS

  • No refund is allowed. Any returned item received will be issued with a STORE CREDIT NOTE provided all exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and/or packaging.
  • All returns have to be done within 7 days of receipt of the order; requests received thereafter will not be valid. 
  • A Store Credit Note with validity of THREE (3) months (non-extendable) will be issued within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned items. 
  • $2 will be deducted off every apparel returned due to subsidised delivery cost that was offered in the initial purchase. 
  • Store credit can only be used ONCE, not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts or NPPOINTS redemption.
  • Natural Project will not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items; all relevant return shipping and custom charges shall be born by purchaser.
  • Do make sure all returned items are well-packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service. Do send the tracking number with your contact details to NPteam@naturalproject.com.sg.
  • Natural Project does not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • The above information relates only to returns on good purchased through the Natural Project website but not at any of our physical retail stores. Please enquire through the stores for related information of products purchased from stores.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We don’t entertain cancellation of orders as the same is placed by the customer in clear understanding and sense with an objective of receiving the product on delivery. In exceptional cases, if the customer wants to cancel the order placed, they may cancel the order before the cut off time of the morning and evening slots of deliveries. The same to be done by emailing our customer care team within an hour’s time of order placement.

In case of cancellation of orders within one hour of order placement, the refund will get credited in the form of Natural Project online store credit, which the customer may use for the upcoming purchases.

Extra delivery charges will be levied for any orders rerouted due to the absence of the customer in the address given at the time of placing the order. In case of absence of the customer to collect the product in the address given and at time of unavailability to get in touch with, the order will be considered as forcibly cancelled and the refund of the order value will be the under the discretion of Natural Project.com.sg and any such refunds initiated will be paid after deducting the expenses incurred in the delivery attempt and return.

No cancellations would be permitted at the time of delivering the order, as the customer needs to be sure about the order in advance before placing the same.

Orders may be cancelled by Natural Project.com.sg in any of the following cases: (a) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or (b) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which does not conform to or violates these Terms of Use/User Agreement, or (c) in case of unavailability of product(s), or (d) for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

Natural Project reserves the right to cancel the order and holds the full discretionary power to decide on the refund of such orders for products listed with inaccurate specifications, technical issues, typographical errors etc. The customer shall notify us regarding any such listing found with issues at the customer care NPteam@naturalproject.com.sg

Natural Project.com.sg maintains a database of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and hereby reserves the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
